B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 2 – 4 days (Monday to Saturday). Order cut-off time will be 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Order handling time is 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once your order has been shipped, it comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. Please get in touch with customer service if the parcel has been delivered without you being present.
